November 26: Welcome Back

Welcome Back. I hope you had restful and enjoyable break. Thanks for all of the gratitude you spread (and continue to spread) throughout the school and our community. There are many ways to give during this season and I appreciate your effort to help with staff and student initiatives. I also know that what you do, day to day, all year long, is a major giving of yourselves and I appreciate your hard work, diligence, and compassion for one another, our profession and our school community. Thanks!

I hope you had a chance to see the musical the weekend prior to our break. I, unfortunately missed it due to sickness and family
Rehearsal time
commitments, but I heard it was awesome. Thank you Dave for your hard work in preparing and inspiring the students. And thanks to everyone else who I know supported our actors and stage crew in ways they needed throughout the process and during the hectic production week. I appreciate everyone's support of this program and the students who give so much energy and passion to the productions. The PA Stage Company is an integral part of our school and important source of positive culture building.

Unbound Update
If you happen to spot Chad back in the building, it's not by chance. I'm happy to announce that he is rejoining the PA/PAML school community. He will be the new Unbound Director starting this Monday. Most of you will have fond memories of Chad as a successful para-educator and integral member of the Unbound Program for more than 2 years. Welcome back Chad!

Congrats to Angie Feraci who was recently named Vermont Soccer Coach of the Year. You may recall that she was named League Coach of the Year last year. Well, this award is for all boys soccer coaches across the entire state. She will be named as the NFHS Vermont Coach of the Year and will be considered for the National Coach of the Year. We'll hear the results by mid-January.

Way to go Lena Boudreau, Lexy Dambach, Eli Smith, and Gabby White who were accepted to and participated in the All New England Band Festival. It was held at Plymouth State University on November 19th.
