April 6 - Almost to the break

There always signs of positive change or hope
Dear PA,

I am so impressed! Your faculty and staff have been wonderful while plunging ahead into this most difficult situation of remote instruction.

As parents we have received emails and phone-calls offering and soliciting information. Plans have developed in a timely manner and appropriately! I am impressed with the differences in faculty approaches. No two instructional methods are the same and that is refreshing for the learners (and parents)!

I know none of us could ever imagine teaching in this current situation, yet from my perspective your staff has met the challenge head-on! I was quite certain you folks at P A would be amazing and I was correct! Thank everyone for me and keep up the great work! We so appreciate you!

-PA Parent

I couldn't say it any better. Thank you for your continued hard work during these challenging times. Your efforts are appreciated. -Phil

TA this week:

Example of Social Distancing by our trend setting alumni. Don't get me wrong, I'm not encouraging students to congregate at school (it's off limits anyway) or anywhere else, but this is a unique and fun take on social distancing. Thanks to Lesley who captured this photo more than a week ago, while on a dog walk.

Tuesday: Announcements &  Social Distancing TA photo

Friday: Announcements & Happy Break

Other days - Reach out 1:1 or small group to check in on your advisees and see if they need anything. Report to Michele or a guidance counselor if you are concerned about a student.

I'm hearing that actions taken on a state level have slowed the curve on COVID-19. However, we have not reached the peak yet in VT. It is as important to follow the orders, focus on essential services, and stay safe.

Happy Birthday: Peter McCarthy (4/6); Jim Calhoun (4/17); Chris Player (4/20)
