We are almost to Thanksgiving Break. As one of your colleagues recently mentioned, this is a significant marker on the calendar. It reminds us that we've come a long way. We've been here for awhile, working hard and we're tired. THANK YOU for your efforts and patience. You've more than earned an extended break. I hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend and Thanksgiving Break.

Updates:
The annual Hour of Code is taking place this year December 6-12. Hour of Code is an event that is part of Computer Science Education Week which encourages students and teachers to spend an hour participating in coding and computer science activities. If you are interested in having your classroom participate, there are lessons and student activities on the Hour of Code site and suggested coding platforms in your Clever account.
If you come across any technical problems while trying to participate in Hour of Code, please submit a ticket at lsuutech@lsuu.org
Reminder: There is a new process for Professional Development and is now processed through frontline. Please review the process with these helpful directions.
