Signs of good winter days to come. 

Hello all, 

I hope you found ways to enjoy your ice day yesterday. I guess my prediction last week was spot on. The weather does get rather funky this time of year, but I think the best part of winter has arrived. The days are getting longer and brighter, the snow is getting more playful, and temps are starting to head upwards. On this note, students in NHS are planning for the return of Winter Carnival. (You'll start to hear from them soon.) Your enthusiasm, support and ideas will help. They are going to need our positive and powerful energy to make it work this year. Let's all do what we can to support their effort.

Updates & Links: 

The Mindfulness for Educators Series has been changed from Tuesday afternoons, to Thursdays afternoons at 3pm. Our meetings will go for 30 minutes, with an option of longer for those who can stay. The next meeting with be this Thursday, 2/3, unless school goes remote.

Newline Interactive panel training - Wednesday February 9th 3:30 to 4:30

Please join in for a training of the Newline RS+ interactive panel. We will go over the features and functionality as well as answering any questions you may have on the technology. This session is for both people that have a Newline Board or people who are interested in learning more about them and may be getting one in their classroom in the future.

Celebrations: 

Congratulations to Mark McNall who will be taking over as the new Unbound Director next week. Thank you for your dedication and hard work. You will be missed in our classrooms, hallways, and meetings. We do, however, look forward to seeing you around in your new capacity. Mark is taking over for Chad who also deserves a congratulations for being hired as the School Climate Coordinator at MES. Thank you Chad for your many years of service to PA and PAML.
