February 9 - The scheduling committee has a question for you?

Schedule Committee Update & Question of the Week:

As you know, students and counselors are meeting daily to think about their courses for next year. They are working toward signing student’s up for a SEVEN PERIOD day. We will not know until after February break if the SEVEN PERIOD schedule will work or not. If it does, there will be a lot more communication, questions, and opportunities to be involved in the ‘next steps’ portion of moving to a SEVEN PERIOD schedule. Some of things that we will need to determine collaboratively are: Teacher Advisory, flextime, clubs, intervention blocks, study halls, lunchtime, bell schedule, and more.

Some of these topics we should be thinking about regardless of what happens. On that note, this week’s question from the Schedule Committee is related to Teacher Advisory. Please open this link and complete a brief 3 question survey.

As a reminder, here is a link to responses from your feedback earlier this year about a SEVEN period schedule.
