Now it's JUNE!?

Thanks to everyone for getting these signs out and about. Some of you traveled far and wide and got your feet muddy. It meant alot to our students, their families, and the community. It's a good start to the end of the year celebrations.

Tech Updates

One of the positives that has come out of our current situation is that we are trying out and using new and existing apps and websites more than we have before.

We are looking for feedback on what apps and websites you are using with students. We will use this information to help make decisions about what platforms we purchase or renew for next school year. We may not be able to purchase every tool you want next year. Your feedback will help us all make some tough choices. We will email you back directly if we have questions or need more feedback.

If you could complete the survey before Monday June 1 that would be most helpful. Thank you for your time.

Tech Drop in Sessions continue

Thur: 3-4:00pm Topic Specific drop-in session

To join any of these, use the link in the LSUU Calendar event. If you join during an open session and there is no one there, please leave a note in the chat, we may be using a breakout meet to help others and we will follow up to your chat prompt as quickly as possible.

Gradution & Last Chapel Updates:

2020 Graduation Presentation

Last Chapel: Please get your recordings to Shannon by Monday, June 1

Speaking of Last Chapel.....

From the Middle Level - they are looking for one more video of you....It would be really cool if 10-15 of us sent short blurbs to the rising 9th graders....see below

Please consider contributing a short video message for our 8th graders by 6/5.
Matt Young is putting together a virtual graduation ceremony for PAML 8th graders on 6/10 @ 10:00.  They are trying to preserve as many elements as possible of our traditional graduation ceremony and add new elements that make this "event" feel special.  One thing he is planning on doing is including video messages of adults from the students' past and future wishing the 8th graders well and good luck in high school.  He is hoping you could record a video of yourself (an iphone video is sufficient) to be included in our ceremony.

Please make sure to include your name, your role, and a "welcome to high school".  Please feel free to be creative, fun, sentimental, or serious.  And please keep it brief.

You can email your video to matt.young@lsuu.org

or upload it right to this folder

Thanks a ton and don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
