Thanks for your patience and understanding the last two days with the 'clear the halls' incident. I know that it can be hard not having all the information that you want while managing students during an incident like yesterday's (and afterwards). It is no small task. Great job! I've only heard positive feedback from students and parents. Thanks for being calm, cool and on top it. (I'm also starting to get some thoughtful feedback from TA today that I will try to address as I can.) 

I will leave some time on Monday during BP to process further and talk about new next steps. Until then, feel free to check in with me, Matt Y or Dan if you have other information or concerns.

Updates: 

Final Leadership Team meeting of the year is next Tuesday, 3pm, Library. Thanks to the folks who've been attending. We will continue the conversation about schedule changes and discuss team/dept meetings. We need reps from each department at the meeting.
